J&K Machine & Fab is a new owner-operated manufacturing company led by John and Kim, built on decades of hands-on shop experience and the kind of practical judgment that only comes from living inside production. John started in the family business at age 13 and spent the next 20 years growing through radiator repair, machining, fabrication, laser cutting, forming, CNC work, workflow management, quoting, scheduling, and customer production. Together, John and Kim helped operate and grow a full-service machine and fabrication shop that reached more than 50 employees, giving them firsthand experience with what customers actually need: accurate parts, clear communication, dependable timelines, and work that is managed by people who understand the floor, not just the office.

Today, J&K is personally managed by John and Kim with a lean, modern approach designed for speed, accountability, and quality. The shop runs on ShopFlow IQ to keep jobs organized from quote to production, and newer equipment gives J&K capabilities that are faster, cleaner, and more efficient than what many older shops were built around.
